Georgia's Certificate of Existence is $20.00 total under the current fee schedule: $10.00 certificate fee plus $10.00 applicable service charge. The online eCorp certificate can be produced and downloaded/printed after payment; paper service adds delivery time. The certificate reflects SOS compliance and does not certify Georgia tax or license compliance.

Georgia lists certificates/certified copies/miscellaneous documents at $20.00 total online or paper under the current schedule, generally $10.00 fee plus $10.00 service charge. A certificate of entity history is $50.00 and a certificate of fact is $50.00. The current fee table does not use a universal per-page charge for ordinary certified corporate copies.
Georgia apostilles and authentication
Georgia apostilles/authentications are handled by the Secretary of State's divisions according to document type. Use https://sos.ga.gov/notary-and-apostille and submit the certified Georgia record, destination country, payment, and delivery instructions. The reviewed corporate fee page did not establish one universal current 2026 apostille price/timing for all records; confirm the authentication unit's live instructions.

Check the record before ordering
Confirm the legal name, entity number, and recipient’s required issue date. A missed report or other delinquency may need to be resolved before a certificate can be issued.
