The portal supports formation, annual-report wizard, reinstatement, certificates, commercial-agent resources, and trade-name filings.
Checking a business name in Wyoming
Wyoming requires names to comply with the applicable entity statute and to be distinguishable in the public record. Punctuation, capitalization, spacing, translations, and generic designators may not cure confusing similarity; SOS acceptance does not grant trademark rights or authorize regulated activity.

Wyoming trade-name reservation is $30 under the Business Division fee schedule; entity-name reservation mechanics are transaction-specific in WyoBiz. Reservation is filing priority only and does not clear trademarks, federal names, or local permits.
