Domestic LLC filing fee
Ohio domestic LLC Articles of Organization use Form 610 and the current Secretary fee schedule; the ordinary statutory filing is $99.00 in the current business forms materials. The filing must provide an Ohio statutory agent and office, organizer, and compliant LLC name.
Domestic corporation filing fee
Ohio corporation formation fees are calculated using the authorized-share calculator; the basic filing includes designation of the statutory agent and may exceed the minimum depending on shares. Registering a company formed elsewhere
For state registration, “foreign” can mean a company formed in another U.S. state. These fees are separate from creating a new Ohio entity.
Foreign LLC qualification
Foreign LLC registration uses the Ohio application for authorization and the current fee schedule; the reviewed extract did not expose one complete total. A home-state existence document, Ohio statutory agent and office, and compliant/alternate name are required.
Foreign corporation qualification

Ohio processing times
Ohio Business Central provides immediate electronic submission and many filings are processed electronically after review. Paper filings are slower. A receipt does not guarantee approval or an active status until the document is accepted.
