Commercial agents have separate registration/listing rules and a physical location requirement. Agent name and address are public.

Resignation, notice, and effective dates
Nevada registered-agent resignation follows the Model Registered Agents Act and entity statute, including notice and effective-date rules; the applicable filing fee is shown by SilverFlume. Resignation does not appoint a successor. An entity without a replacement risks substitute service, revocation, dissolution, and late-list charges.
Consequences of a missing agent or address
Nevada can revoke or dissolve an entity that lacks a qualified registered agent, and statutory substitute service may be made on the Secretary in limited circumstances. The entity can miss process, suffer default, lose good standing, and owe reinstatement/list/license charges. Substitute service does not replace the appointment duty.

Keep the accepted filing and confirm the agent or service address shown for the business. Arrange forwarding of legal notices during the change, and check which contact information will be public before supplying a home address.
