Foreign LLC qualification
A foreign LLC application for registration costs $250.00 and requires a current home-state existence certificate, Mississippi registered agent and office, jurisdiction information, and the name used in Mississippi. A foreign LLC annual report is also listed at $250.00.
Foreign corporation qualification
A foreign profit corporation Application for Certificate of Authority is $500.00. It must provide a home-jurisdiction certificate, Mississippi agent and office, authorized-share information, and a distinguishable Mississippi name or registered/assumed name.
